Predictors of Organizational Commitment: An Empirical Evidence from FMCG Sector in Oman

The paper attempts to identify the significant predictors of organizational commitment among select FMCG employees in Sultanate Oman. Quantitative approach has been used study influence demographic variables and work environment on commitment. Data were collected from 100 through questionnaires. In sample, there 60 male 40 female employees. analyzed by using appropriate statistical tests like mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient regression analysis.
